How does our referral system work?

Upon departure, existing patients are invited to refer friends or family, earning both the referrer and the new patient a $150 teeth whitening kit each as part of our referral program.

After attending their first exam, the new patient will fill out an online form with their shipping details. The referrer will also fill out that same form at a later time of convenience.

After processing your chosen payment method, we'll promptly ship teeth whitening kits to both the referrer and the new patient's addresses. Payment processing is triggered upon the new patient's submission of the online form.
